BULGARIA - RETREAT and cultural immersion
18 - 25 May 2024

Join uns on an adventure to Bulgaria, visit sacred sites and come rose picking at dawn in the Rose Valley.

The retreat programme is currently being devised and will include:
- daily yoga and meditation practices
- visits to ancient sites and rituals
- rose picking in the rose valley
- bathing in natural hot spring waters
- creative endeavours for personal development.

Arrival in Sofia on Friday or Saturday, 17th or 18th May - drop off in Sofia on 25th May.

We can help you find accommodation in Sofia.

Organisation includes:
- all ground transport from and to Sofia and sacred sites
- all accommodation from 18th - 25th May 2024
- all meals
- tents and sleeping bags for 3 nights in the rose valley
