- embarked on the path of yoga in 1998
- ran yoga teacher training at Paracelsus Naturopath School in Kempten, Germany (2010 - 2016)
- part of the teaching curriculum for Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa affiliate teacher training
- co-teaches at Micheline Berry’s Liquid Asana teacher training
- cooks at yoga retreats, and leads cooking classes (intuitive cooking based on the principles of yoga philosophy)
- continuing education in philosophy, body work, psychology, meditation
