Utiliser le pack vide pour mesurer l'eau et&nbsp;l'ajouter.</font></li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font size="3">&Agrave; l'aide d'un mortier et d'un pilon, &eacute;craser d'abord les gousses de cardamome, puis la noix de muscade, puis les grains de poivre, et enfin le gingembre frais avec sa peau (<span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)">la peau apporte encore plus de saveur&nbsp;</span>).</font></li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font size="3">Ajouter au liquide les &eacute;pices moulues ainsi que les clous de girofle, le b&acirc;ton de cannelle, l'&eacute;toile de badiane et la vanille si vous l'utilisez. Ne pas encore ajouter le th&eacute;.</font></li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font size="3">Porter le tout &agrave; &eacute;bullition, puis r&eacute;duire le feu et laisser fr&eacute;mir et infuser pendant au moins 30 minutes.</font></li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font size="3">Si vous utilisez du th&eacute; noir, l'ajouter vers la fin du temps de mijotage.</font></li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font size="3">Filtrer le chai dans une autre casserole en &eacute;cartant les &eacute;pices. Reverser le chai dans la casserole d'origine. R&eacute;p&eacute;ter cette op&eacute;ration plusieurs fois jusqu'&agrave; ce que le chai soit bien mousseux.</font></li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font size="3">Servir chaud et verser le reste dans un thermos. The coriander seeds can be ground using a pestle &amp; mortar. Combine oil and water together in a measuring cup and then add to the dry ingredients and mix very well&nbsp;until everything is completely soaked and the dough becomes very thick (if the dough is too thick to stir, add one or two teaspoons of water until the dough is manageable). <br />Place the mixture into the&nbsp;loaf tin, smooth out the top with the back of a spoon and press the mixture <strong>firmly</strong> down. <br /><br />Let it sit out for at least 2 hours, or all day or overnight.&nbsp;</font><br /><span></span><font size="4">Preheat oven to 180&deg;C.<br /><br />Place loaf pan in the oven on the middle rack, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove bread from loaf pan, place it upside down directly on the rack and bake for another 30 minutes. Bread is done when it sounds hollow when tapped.
