February 25 – March 7, 2027 - Tamil Nadu, India
An 11-day initiatory pilgrimage in the heart of South India, for women thirsty for the sublime and the absolute.
with Caroline Cohen accompanied by Stefanie Dariz & Selina Gullery.
Eleven days to consecrate and let resonate the unique voice of the Shakti you came to embody in the World, by connecting the pulse of your temple of flesh to that of MahaShakti.
This pilgrimage journey at the heart of the ancient Dravidian land of Tamil Nadu with its living temples and rituals devoted to the Divine Shakti, or Divine Mother, in all her forms, rituals unbroken since the dawn of humanity — will therefore not be a tourist trip; it will be an invitation to dive within yourself to awaken the primordial force that lives in you: your Shakti.
Our wanderings will lead us from the consecrated spaces of Mahabalipuram, to the perfect geometries of the Sri Yantra at Mangadu, through the hidden sanctuaries of Madurai, to the unfathomable silence of the Matrimandir in Auroville. Each stage will be a mirror for our soul.

Your Guides
Caroline Cohen
Caroline is a singer, naturopath (CNR, Rochefort), and Voice Yoga teacher since 2009 (Voice Institute, Vocalyoga VY, Auroville & US). She studied theatre in Paris before leaving for India in 1999, where she lived in various places, exploring Hatha Yoga, Shakta Tantrism, and Nāda Yoga (Yoga of Sound).
She has studied and practiced numerous vocal approaches, including: South Indian Carnatic singing; Dhrupad and Baul chanting from North India; holistic singing, which involves revisiting one's family tree to free one's voice; vocal jazz; improvised singing inspired by Amazonian Icaros; and the lyrical Bel Canto vocal technique.
The exchanges she has nurtured with her teachers, as well as her practice alongside musicians who view music — and especially singing and improvisation — as instruments of consciousness, have deeply influenced her, radically transforming the way she sings and experiences music.
It is in this spirit that she created the Ikaroma Recital (click here).
For the past fifteen years, she has also taught in India, France, and Italy, offering instruction aimed at revealing the unique colour of each voice while paying particular attention to vocal health. Conscious breathing lies at the heart of her pedagogy, as an essential lever around which the different dimensions of being (physical, emotional, and psychic) are articulated and harmonised, allowing for fluid and integral sung and/or spoken expression.
Caroline sees integral expression as an art that requires going beyond the wall of the self.
Her experience on the paths of Shakta tantra has led her to offer retreats dedicated exclusively to women, in order to free their Voice.

Stefanie Dariz
"Movement and connection have always been my natural language."
For 25 years, Stefanie's passion has been helping people re-root themselves in their bodies through touch, movement, and sound. As a professional masseuse (Deep Tissue — Massageschule Bergler, Austria; Reflexology; Lymphatic Drainage; Rebalancing and other techniques learned in Hawaii and India), a certified yoga teacher (Centered Yoga by Dona Holleman), and co-creator of a spa she ran for ten years in Italy, she enjoys weaving together all her experiences into a deeply integrated and intuitive approach.
For more than 17 years, she has taught a form of yoga that integrates free movement, fascia work, and dance to help release what lies buried while reconnecting to every facet of the being.
In addition to teaching, she trains and leads spa teams, for whom she creates signature treatments.
She recently began directing Castelsoma, a studio of expression she co-created with Caroline Cohen in Merano, see here.

Selina Gullery
“If you touch one thing with pure awareness, you touch everything.” Thich Nhat Hanh
Selina Gullery, E-RYT 500, YACEP, is a yoga teacher, teacher trainer, and intuitive cook.
She spent ten years studying and traveling extensively alongside Swami Samarpanananda, a Himalayan yogi. Since 1995, she has been exploring and practicing many styles of yoga and conscious movement, and studying ancient texts and modern philosophies. She has been organising retreats and workshops for her students around the world since 2012. She believes that stepping outside the familiar — into a foreign place, among unfamiliar faces and landscapes — strips away our usual defences and lets yoga's real teaching surface: not just physical practice, but the direct experience of connection with all beings.
