Selina has been cheffing internationally at Yoga Retreats for the past 9 years - creating succulent vegetarian dishes for groups with love and awareness is a spiritual practice - bhakti yoga - the yoga of devotion.
She first fell in love with cooking, when she co-ran a bar restaurant in a small fishing village on the west coast of Spain. Later, she honed her skills learning the art of intuitive cooking underpinned by the teachings of Yoga philosophy from a Himalayan Yoga master, who would stay in her home several times a year.
Selina is very excited to now share her experience at bespoke yoga and cooking retreats. This one in France marks the end of her catering journey and the beginning of a new period of sharing and passing on her knowledge.
