"A true teacher does not teach you; she does not see you as inherently separate from her, or less than her.
She simply reflects back your own inner knowing, and reminds you of the vastness of your being.
She is a mirror, a signpost.
And love is the space in which all of this is possible; (...)." ~ Jeff Foster

Selina Gullery, B.A. in Modern Languages from Trinity College Dublin; E-RYT 500; YACEP, is an internationally renown yoga teacher, teacher trainer, intuitive chef and translator.
She spent 10 years studying and travelling extensively with Swami Samarpanananda, a yogi from the Himalayas. Was blessed to spend years training with Shiva Rea and assisting Twee Merrigan in the Prana Vinyasa style of yoga, which opened up a new approach to the yoga tradition, more rooted in the feminine. She has explored and trained in numerous other Yoga styles, meditation practices and somatic movement schools (see above).
More recently, she commenced a voyage of rediscovery of the poets, philosophers and myths of her own country, Ireland. It is here she found herself enraptured in a yoga of homecoming. She is a Senior Teacher at the Celtic School of Yoga and co-leads annual retreats with the founder, folklorist, archaeologist and musician Jack Harrison.
In her Teacher Trainings, in classes and on retreat, she encourages the growth of the spiritual and individual self in her students, through cultivating self-love, embracing imperfections and residing in the gentle strength of the higher Self.
