In the Northern Hemisphere, the winter is an invitation to "explore the dark and mysterious places in the mansion of your soul, like the sap in the tree that goes deep into its roots and the earth".
It is the perfect time to pause and reflect upon the past year and what it brought you; a natural time to say goodbye to the old before welcoming in the new; an ending to create a new beginning.
